Here is where it gets a bit tricky. The Playasia Asia regular release will contain an English language option. However, I have heard mix reports about the Japanese release supporting English. Until it arrives, I will not know for sure, but I am still including the Japanese Special Edition here in case you are interested for the goodies. Again, I cannot confirm the Japanese will support English, so buyer discretion is advised. The special edition contains:

8. ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove from Limited Run Games
Regular Edition ($34.99) - Link here.
The regular edition will be an open-preorder on their site for 45 days, beginning 02/15/2019. Preorders will close on 03/30 between 6:00 PM - 11:59 PM EST . At 6:00 PM EST on 03/30, the stock will switch over to whatever quantity gets LRG to the nearest 1,000. The regular edition will include a groovin' reversible cover and a full-color booklet. Additionally, there are plans for Best Buy to receive copies of this game with an alternate cover art. However, that order is not finalized yet, so don't hold out just in case.
